Terms of service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These terms cover your use of campaign.help, the website. (Consulting engagements are governed by their own agreements — if you're a client, your contract is the document that matters.)

Use of this site

The content here — articles, guides, project write-ups, service descriptions — is provided for general information. You're welcome to read, link to, and share it. Please don't republish substantial portions without asking; we'll usually say yes.

No professional advice

We write about technology and operations practices for nonprofits, and we try to be accurate and current. But content on this site is general information, not advice tailored to your organization. Decisions about your systems, vendors, security, and data depend on your specific situation. That's what an actual engagement is for.

Third-party links

We link to outside tools, vendors, and resources we find useful. We don't control them, and a link isn't an endorsement of everything a vendor does. Check anything important against your own requirements.

Warranties and liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. (For paid engagements, the contract's terms control instead.)

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
