Three ways to work together

Progressive advocacy organizations have different needs. Some want a dedicated tech partner. Some need a quick project done right. Here's how we can help.

Ongoing Support

We embed with your team as your tech and ops partner, so your staff can focus on campaigns instead of troubleshooting.

  • Your team's "how do I...?" hotline for ActionKit, Slack, Zoom, email, and everything else tech
  • Get new staff up to speed fast with no-pressure onboarding and training
  • Keep your org secure without becoming a security expert yourself

Workflow Automation

Your staff shouldn't spend their time copying data between spreadsheets or chasing down the same status updates every week. We'll look at how your team works, find what's eating their time, and build automations so your team stops losing time to it.

  • We audit your tools and workflows to find what's slowing your team down
  • Connect the tools you already use so they work together
  • Build custom automations that handle the repetitive stuff

Quick-Start Projects

Scoped, fixed-fee projects with clear deliverables and timelines. A low-commitment way to work together.

  • Password manager migrations
  • Self-hosted VPN setup
  • Microsoft 365 escape plans

What people say

Leaders from organizations we've worked with.

If you're looking for operations and technical expertise to add to your email program, hiring Jordan Krueger and CampaignHelp will be one of the best decisions you ever make. Beyond Jordan's impressive breadth and depth of knowledge and experience, he is also a joy to work with as a mindful leader who deeply cares about high-quality communication and collaboration. Jordan skillfully shows up as an honest broker who consistently prioritizes the organization's mission over his own self-interest as a consultant.

Eden James

Managing Director of Campaigns, MoveOn

Having the CampaignHelp team has been a critical capacity add. They seamlessly picked up campaign loading, which allowed our team to turn to rapid response moments and other priorities. Jordan's a great collaborator who works with care and urgency. He's always down to troubleshoot, and his in-depth knowledge of ActionKit has helped us streamline our processes and uncover issues that had become baked into our templates, leaving our program in better shape than before we began working together!

Shayna Lewis

Digital Campaigns Director, Win Without War

Working with Jordan has been an invaluable asset to our team. His expertise in ActionKit and understanding of digital campaigning & advocacy has allowed us to onboard new staff members and get them up to speed quickly and easily. Jordan has provided platform training for our staff that has received consistently excellent feedback for its clarity and usefulness. He's always been highly available for support, to help staff troubleshoot and feel confident launching action pages and emails.

Frequently asked questions

Most of my clients have 10–50 staff. I work best with organizations big enough to need real IT support but not big enough (or ready) to hire a full-time IT person.

For most 10–50 person orgs, a full-time IT hire costs $80K–$120K plus benefits — and most organizations this size don’t generate enough IT work to justify that. With CampaignHelp, you get experienced support at a fraction of the cost, and I already know your tools and your world. No recruiting, no ramp-up.

Yes. I work exclusively with progressive nonprofits, advocacy groups, and political campaigns. This focus means I already understand your tools (ActionKit, Action Network, etc.), your security needs, and your budget constraints.

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ActionKit, Action Network, 1Password, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Airtable, Cloudflare, and most major nonprofit tech platforms. If you use something I haven't seen, I'll learn it fast.

Absolutely. Many clients start with a single project — like a password manager migration or security audit — and then move to ongoing support once they see how it works.

Anything that saves your team time. Common examples: connecting ActionKit to Slack so your team gets notified when petitions hit milestones, auto-generating weekly campaign reports, syncing data between tools so nobody has to copy-paste between spreadsheets, and building custom AI tools for your specific workflows. We start with an automation audit to figure out where your team is losing time, then scope and build from there.

I typically work Eastern Time hours and respond within an hour on business days. For ongoing clients, I'm available via Slack or email. Emergency support is available for critical issues.

There's no hard cap. However, two caveats: We'll only work on one request at a time for your team, and we can't guarantee that requests will be processed immediately (during business hours) unless you have a rapid-response request. We ask you to be gentle with our team, and we'll re-assess limits if necessary.

Let's talk! We can send you a rate sheet — but we don't want you to be put off if you think your organization might not be able to afford us. Our goal is to work with campaign organizations and we know the constraints of nonprofit budgets. For automation work, we start with a paid audit to identify opportunities before scoping any build work. Let's figure out what works for your budget.

We have a three month minimum on all of our plans — it will take us a little while to get embedded with your team and ramp up. We also provide discounts and free months if you commit to a longer term or pay upfront.
