Privacy policy

CampaignHelp is a consulting practice that helps progressive nonprofit and advocacy organizations with technology and operations. This site is how you find us, and we've kept its data collection about as small as a website's can be.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people visit and roughly where visitors come from. It sets no cookies, doesn't fingerprint your browser, and doesn't track you across sites — we see aggregate counts (pages viewed, referring site, country, browser type), not individual visitors. We use this to make the site more useful, not to build profiles or sell anything.

Server logs. The site is served through Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) for security and performance. We don't access these logs in the ordinary course of business.

Email. If you email us at jordan@campaign.help, we keep your message and reply like any business correspondence. We don't add you to a mailing list — there isn't one on this site to add you to.

That's the whole list. There are no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter signups, and no advertising on this site.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
  • We don't share your information except with the service provider named above (Cloudflare), who processes it on our behalf.
  • We don't use advertising trackers or social media pixels.

For visitors in the EU and UK

We're a US-based practice and this site serves a US audience, but the principles travel: the data described above is processed on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving a small business website. You can ask us what we hold about you (usually: nothing beyond email correspondence) or ask us to delete it by writing to jordan@campaign.help.

Client information

Our consulting work involves access to client systems and data. That relationship is governed by each client's contract with us, not by this policy — and our standard for client confidentiality is far stricter than anything on this page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes to what we collect would mean changes to the site itself, so the policy and the site stay in sync.
